We leverage scalable cloud services and follow industry best practices in cloud security. QAiry operates with a commitment to data protection and confidentiality. Salesforce data handling: QAiry only synchronizes Salesforce Marketing Cloud metadata (for example: Data Extension names, field names, field types, and structural configuration) to enable SQL generation and audience logic. No Data Extension row values, subscriber data, or business records are synchronized, stored, or transferred outside of your Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment. All customer data remains within Salesforce systems at all times, and queries run within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. QAiry interacts with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) via its APIs and uses the permissions and access controls configured in your Salesforce environment. Our services are hosted on secure servers and protected by encryption where appropriate, and we implement reasonable physical, administrative, and technical safeguards designed to protect information.

Important: QAiry does not retain Salesforce client data values within its own systems. Any Salesforce data accessed by QAiry remains within the Salesforce environment. QAiry synchronizes only SFMC metadata as described in the “Data Storage and Security” section.
